The game of blackjack has been around for centuries, and the rules are still pretty much standard, with a few variations here and there. While the main aim of the game is still to get as close to 21 as possible, or at least closer than the dealer, without busting, Live Blackjack from On Air Studios has also introduced new features and bets: Deal Now, Pre-Decision, Perfect Pairs and 21+3.
Both features have been created to speed up or shorten the game, should players wish to do so. The Deal Now button can be selected to finalise a player’s bet and it will become visible to all other players at the table, while the Pre-Decision function will let players decide their bet before it’s their turn.
With the Perfect Pairs side bet, players could get a pair of two cards of any of the following: Perfect Pair (cards of the same suit), Coloured Pair (cards of different suits but the same colour) or Mixed Pair (cards of different suits and different colours). The 21+3 side bet will allow players to get a possible winning combination when two of the player’s cards and the face up card of the dealer complete one of the following combinations: Straight Flush, Suited Trips, Straight, Three of a Kind or Flush.
Keep in mind that these are features and extra side bets which can be played when enjoying live dealer blackjack online, however, the standard rules of blackjack will still apply. At the moment, Live Blackjack is available in various languages, including English, and while the game and help functions is available in Spanish, there is currently no Spanish dealer at the blackjack tables.
